Columbia Hospitality has engaged Incite Response’s Cloud Social Response team to implement our popular review response service for the Semiahmoo Resort in Washington. After several years of successful service at their sister property Salish Lodge, Columbia Hospitality seeks to repeat that success with another hotel.

Cloud Social Response team is a suite of tools and services designed to reduce the repetitive and onerous tasks of reading and responding to reviews. Our service has successfully increased positive reviews and freed up valuable time at a variety of properties at various service levels while remaining affordable and easy to start.
