We offer an online collaboration document that makes it easy for managers to see reviews and responses, provide edits and feedback and approve the response for posting.
Do you provide reporting?
Each quarter, we provide an overview report called At-A-Glance. This report informs your teams about how your guests are feeling, how your scores are trending and how many reviews are being left in a visual way.
