Spa Shiki, an award-winning spa at The Lodge of Four Seasons in Missouri, hired us to beautify and automate their email confirmations to clients and to create a high-end mobile-optimized customer experience survey. Additionally, they wished to improve their social community with customized social media posts optimized to reach current clients and targeted potential clients. We delivered on all fronts creating beautiful mobile-friendly emails that automatically announced upcoming services the client had booked and provided customers with a survey after the customer finished their visit at Spa Shiki. Customers who had a less-than idea experience were contacted by Spa Shiki management after receiving a triggered email we set up to notify them of an unhappy customer. This prevented negative reviews. On Facebook and Twitter, we provided customer service through answered comments and private messages, plus built up their Facebook fan base from 959 followers when we were hired to 2,834 targeted fans (1,875 fans added) and increased their daily reach by hundreds.
