This 10-room mansion in the fashionable Brush Park neighborhood of Detroit across from the newly built Little Caesars Arena recently gained a new owner. We were hired to make a name and a digital presence for the gorgeous inn which had none at all. We began with a logo design and branding document, a custom-built website with a design that easily featured the inn’s incredible location and unparalleled luxury of its interior with artistic visuals. The website is just as easily navigated on a phone as that is how the typical site visitor explores the website. Because the inn did not have a digital presence beyond a Wikipedia page, our team created and claimed pages for the inn on TripAdvisor and other leading peer review and booking sites. We created PPC ads using the latest in HTML5 programming to be exceptionally eye-catching and drive site traffic and room reservations. We created a Facebook page and grew the targeted fan base to 1,000 fans in just three months with a modest budget – our average cost per fan is less than fifty cents – well below industry average. We also manage Instagram and Twitter. We gather all reviews, write responses and post those responses with management input on all major peer review sites. We created a digital and print wedding brochure and general sales brochure.
